You are only interested in profit. Where is the value for customer services. Usually i go to the keels Edmonton. There the staff turn over is very high..I find the new staff overall lacks training in politeness, friendliness..Also yesterday i saw the girl at the meat counter..handling chicken with her hand..i requested her not to do that..I purchased some prawns..but then i realized she must have used the same tongs which is to handle chicken items to take prawns..which is again very bad hygiene practice. The tongs were pink and bloody..I am very disappointed as a loyal customer..I dnt want special phone calls and booklets end of the year..saying good customer..just get your damn ethics and services straight
